Bronze-Filled Polytetrafluoroethylene
Available in 40%, 60% bronze-fill levels | Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Machined Parts
Bronze-Filled PTFE is the highest load-bearing grade of filled PTFE. The addition of bronze powder substantially improves compressive strength, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity — making it ideal for heavily loaded dynamic applications such as hydraulic piston rings, guide rings, and bearing pads.
Its excellent thermal conductivity allows efficient heat dissipation at friction surfaces, extending service life in demanding environments.

Carbon-Filled Polytetrafluoroethylene
Available in 15%, 25% carbon-fill levels | Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Machined Parts
Carbon-Filled PTFE is reinforced with carbon powder or carbon fibres to enhance hardness, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, and dimensional stability compared to Virgin PTFE.
It performs well in high-speed, high-temperature, and dynamic sliding applications while maintaining excellent chemical resistance.

carbon-graphite-filled-Polytetrafluoroethylene
Hybrid compound for dynamic sealing | Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Machined Parts
Carbon + Graphite-Filled PTFE is a hybrid compound that combines the hardness and wear resistance of carbon with the lubricity of graphite. This combination delivers superior performance in dynamic sealing applications — offering lower friction than carbon-only grades and better wear resistance than graphite-only grades.

Glass-Filled Polytetrafluoroethylene
Available in 15%, 25% glass-fill levels | Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Machined Parts
Glass-Filled PTFE is a reinforced PTFE material containing 15% or 25% glass fibres. The glass reinforcement improves the material’s strength, creep resistance, wear resistance, and dimensional stability compared to standard Virgin PTFE. It performs reliably under continuous loads and demanding operating conditions while maintaining good chemical resistance and low friction.
It is widely used for seals, valve seats, piston rings, guide rings, thrust washers, pump components, and chemical processing equipment. It is available in sheets, rods, tubes, and custom-machined components as per customer drawings and requirements.

Graphite-Filled Polytetrafluoroethylene
Available in 15%, 25% graphite fill levels | Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Machined Parts
Graphite-Filled PTFE combines the tribological benefits of graphite with the chemical inertness of PTFE. Graphite improves wear performance and is particularly effective in wet environments involving water and steam — unlike some other fillers, graphite does not corrode or degrade in these media.

MoS₂-Filled (Molybdenum Disulphide) Polytetrafluoroethylene
Available in 2%, 5% MoS₂ fill levels | Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Machined Parts
MoS₂-Filled PTFE incorporates fine particles of molybdenum disulphide, a naturally self-lubricating mineral, into the PTFE matrix. This combination delivers lower friction at higher pressures and speeds, while improving hardness and compressive properties compared to virgin PTFE.

Polyether Ether Ketone Filled Polytetrafluoroethylene
Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Custom Machined Components
PEEK-Filled PTFE is one of the most technically advanced filled PTFE compounds available. By incorporating finely dispersed PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) particles into the PTFE matrix, this grade achieves a remarkable combination of properties that neither material alone can provide: the chemical inertness, low friction, and non-stick character of PTFE combined with the exceptional mechanical strength, hardness, and creep resistance of PEEK.
The result is a high-performance sealing and bearing material that withstands higher loads, higher speeds, and more aggressive chemical environments than any standard single-filler PTFE compound — including glass-filled, carbon-filled, or bronze-filled grades. It is the compound of choice for the most demanding dynamic sealing, high-pressure, and high-temperature applications in oil & gas, chemical processing, aerospace, and semiconductor industries.

PEEK filler is chemically inert, meaning it does not corrode, leach, or react with process media — making PEEK-filled PTFE safe for pharmaceutical, food-contact, and ultra-high-purity environments. There is no metallic contamination risk.

Stainless Steel-Filled Polytetrafluoroethylene
Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Custom Machined Components
Stainless Steel-Filled PTFE is an advanced compound in which fine stainless steel powder — typically 316L or 304 grade — is uniformly blended into the PTFE matrix before compression moulding.
This combination delivers the highest compressive strength and hardness achievable in a PTFE compound while fully retaining PTFE's core attributes: chemical inertness, non-stick surface, and wide operating temperature range.
Compared to bronze-filled PTFE — the traditional choice for high-load applications — SS-filled PTFE offers a critical advantage in chemically aggressive environments. Stainless steel does not corrode in contact with most process chemicals, making this grade ideal for corrosive fluid systems, aggressive acids, and applications where metallic contamination from bronze is unacceptable (pharmaceutical, food, high-purity chemical service).

Virgin PTFE - Polytetrafluoroethylene
Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Pipes | Custom Machined Components
Virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) — widely known by its trade name Teflon® — is one of the most chemically inert and thermally stable engineering plastics available today. Produced from 100% pure, unmodified PTFE resin with no recycled or reprocessed content, Virgin PTFE offers unmatched chemical resistance, an extremely low coefficient of friction, and exceptional electrical insulating properties across a broad temperature range.
In solid form, Virgin PTFE is available as compression-moulded sheets, rods, and tubes, as well as extruded profiles and pipes — all suitable for precision machining and custom component fabrication. Its near-universal chemical compatibility makes it the material of choice for aggressive environments in chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food, semiconductor, and fluid-handling industries.
